Vera Andrews
Vera Andrews registered as a nurse in 1993 and received her Bachelor of Nursing the following year. Upon achieving her post grad Diploma of Rehabilitation Studies Vera joined Wellink in 1997 and since then Vera has done post grad studies in Mental Health Nursing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dual Diagnosis Mental Health & Alcohol and other drugs and Clinical Supervision. An interest in action research has given Vera the opportunity to present papers at Building Bridges and Mental Health Nursing conferences both in NZ and Australia.
Vera is a good, keen tourist and has recently returned from her mid life OE where she worked in the acute inpatient and community mental health services of a large NHS in South East England.
