Team Manager, Wellington Bays
Geoff Curson
Geoff joined Wellink in 1996.
He has long held an interest and passion for working in Mental Health and brought previous experience working for The Schizophrenia Fellowship and also some work with the elderly. In the past Geoff has taught cooking and done some catering. He has shared this knowledge with both staff and people in Wellink services over the years.
For much of Geoff’s time with Wellink he has held the role of Team Leader initially at Henry Street and later for the Wellington Bays Region. Currently Geoff is holding the position of Team Manager at Wellington Bays. Geoff is also one of the first people in New Zealand to gain the certificate in Mental health support.
He looks forward to continuing his work with Wellink and making a contribution towards improving the lives of people who use Wellink services.
