Recovery from mental illness is a journey – it takes time, understanding and support. Our Worklink team assists Wellink clients who are looking to return to the workforce, by helping them find, and keep, the right job.
We’ll Help With The Tricky Stuff
Your dedicated Worklink employment consultant will work with you to create an employment package that suits your specific needs.

- Preparing your Curriculum Vitae
- Coaching for interviews
- Support at interviews and feedback afterwards
- Information on funding and benefit issues
- Helping to determine what to say and what not to say to a potential employer about your mental illness
- Job searching
- Negotiations with employers about pay and conditions
- On-the-job training/coaching
- Ongoing support once you have found a job
